McHughTEA Room service is quite special. McHughTEA Room has a unique way of making people feel at home. We look at every customer as an important and unique individual and we treat everyone with dignity and respect. This means we never discriminate against our customers. Our service is driven by giving each and every customer a friendly and inclusive experience. Smiles and eye contact, personal greetings, a thank you and, of course, delicious food are all part of the service we give. We give the McHughTEA Room experience to our customers whether they are buying a meal, a drink, calling for directions on the phone, waiting for their child to get out of school or just coming in with a friend.

McHughTEA Room is committed to employing only United States citizens and aliens authorized to work in the United States. However, we will not unlawfully discriminate on the basis of citizenship or national origin. In compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, each new employee, as a condition of employment, must complete the Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9 and present documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility. Former employees who are rehired must also complete the form if they have not completed an I-9 with McHughTEA Room within the past three years, or if their previous I-9 is no longer retained or valid. Employees with questions or seeking more information on immigration law issues are encouraged to contact of the General Manager. Employees may, and are encouraged to, raise questions or complaints about immigration law compliance without fear of reprisal.
